Pavel noticed a growing demand for payment and administrative assistance for businesses working with independent contractors. Pavel saw an opportunity and, in 2014, launched Solar Staff alongside Igor Artemenko, co-founder of SeoPult. The company is based in Limassol, Cyprus, and its investment is approximately 1.5 million USD.
In 2019, Solar Staff showed a turnover growth of 25 percent year-over-year, and by 2021, it reached just over 106 million USD. In 2022 Solar Staff launched in the U.S. with over 1,650 clients and over 700,000 freelancers from 197 countries. At the end of the year, Solar Staff revenues topped $12M in 2022, showing 196% YoY growth. The company now has a team of 99 people and offices in Limassol, New York, Dubai, and Amsterdam.
